Using Unprompted

By creating an account, signing in, publishing an artist page, or using Unprompted, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

Unprompted is built to help artists create public pages, share music and links, present releases, list shows and products, and connect with other artists.

Accounts

You may create an account using email or supported third-party authentication providers such as Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

Usernames must not impersonate another person, mislead visitors, violate someone else's rights, or interfere with the operation of Unprompted.

Your content

You retain ownership of the music, images, artwork, videos, text, links, product details, and other content you upload or enter into Unprompted.

By adding content to Unprompted, you grant us permission to host, store, display, reproduce, resize, format, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote your artist page and related product features.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and publish your content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Unprompted to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Harass, threaten, defame, exploit, or harm others.
• Publish illegal, deceptive, hateful, or abusive content.
• Send spam, fake collaboration requests, or misleading messages.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
• Impersonate another artist, brand, organization, or person.

Verification and directory

Verification, directory placement, and collaboration features may be reviewed, approved, rejected, or removed at Unprompted's discretion. Verification is intended to signal that an artist profile has gone through Unprompted's review process; it is not an endorsement of every claim or piece of content on a page.

If you choose to show your profile in the artist directory, selected public profile information may be displayed to other visitors and artists.

Account termination

You may stop using Unprompted at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or pages if we believe they violate these terms, create risk for users, infringe rights, or harm the service.

After termination, some information may be retained where needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, backups, or legitimate business operations.

Disclaimers

Unprompted is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific business outcomes, collaboration opportunities, audience growth, or revenue from using the service.

To the extent permitted by law, Unprompted is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
